Hazelhurst is the debut release for Little Falls Trophy. The album was named after the most peaceful place on earth - Hazelhurst, Wisconsin.
Mixed by Mike Butler (San Diego, CA) and mastered by Grammy-nominated engineer Joe Lambert at JLM Studios (Jersey City, NJ), Hazelhurst exhibits spirited melodies, layered guitar riffs, and divergent lyrics driving raw emotions throughout.
The songs were carefully crafted over an eight-month period during a time of political and medical unrest. The divisive topics challenged neighbors and nations all searching for answers in a world gone wrong. Hazelhurst explores the personal anguish over said unrest, as well as the philosophical differences and the general malaise that ensued. But Hazelhurst offers a timely respite from all of these things. Satirical at times, the album's more serious side touches upon the joys of life and all that it continues to bestow upon us - passion, humility and love.
